Client Relationship/ Key Account Manager

POSITION SUMMARY

The Client Relationship/KAM (Key Account Manager) will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients. They will understand client needs, provide support, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction. They will also identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Understand client needs and objectives, and align solutions accordingly.
  • Provide exceptional customer support and timely resolution of client issues.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on client requirements and exceed expectations.
  • Maintain accurate client records and prepare reports on client performance and satisfaction.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
