POSITION SUMMARY

The HR professional will handle various functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. They will develop HR policies, facilitate training programs, and support employee engagement initiatives.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on human resources-related matters.
  • Administer performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work culture.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

– Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in the digital industry.

– Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

– Familiarity with HR software and tools.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
